This agreement is between Sagamok Anishnawbek (“Sagamok”) and the user (“You” or “Your”) of the secured web portals.
By accessing or using this secured site provided by Sagamok, You agree to the following terms and conditions which form Sagamok's agreement with You.

f. You will promptly advise Sagamok of any complaints or disputes regarding the information provided.

g. You will immediately report any breaches of privacy and/or confidentiality and any potential breaches to Sagamok.

b. In order to gain access to the site, all users who signed up must provide their basic information including band registry number and Sagamok will perform a manual identity check and validation prior to providing access. This is to ensure only Members of Sagamok have access to the site.

‍a. Your failure to comply with any term or condition of this agreement may lead to immediate termination of Your access to the site, without limiting any other remedies Sagamok may be entitled to bring at law or in equity for further enforcement of the agreement.

b. This agreement will be governed by the laws applicable in Sagamok’s jurisdiction that governs this provision of secured data.

By accessing or using the site, You declare having read this agreement and understood Your obligations and responsibilities hereunder.
