NOTICE OF DECORATING
Scope of decorating Service
Decorating services are required for the New Years Eve Pow Wow that is scheduled on Sunday, December 31st, 2023. The anticipated number of guests is 250.
Tender Requirements and Submission
1. Must provide decorations and supplies. (New Years Eve Theme).
2. Must set up and take down.
3. Must be present to empty garbage and recycling bins throughout the evening.
Please submit bids to the Front Receptionist at the Sagamok Nandwedjige-Gamik Community Wellness Department.
Deadline for submission is Wednesday December 20, 2023 at noon.
Bids will be reviewed shortly thereafter and the successful recipient to be notified by telephone.
