The goal of this program is to gather primary care givers together to create a beautiful garment full of hand made love.
Throughout the program, participants will have the opportunity to gather with other care givers who are also raising young children.
While sewing, we'll have the opportunity to share our successes and struggles as care givers and discuss strategies to help overcome any barriers at play.
Participants will have the opportunity to listen to the traditional teachings behind ribbon skirts and shirts as well as other educational topics.
A hearty meal will be served at the program, ensuring we're taking care of the mind, body and spirit.
