This Holiday season, the Mental Health and Addictions team will be running the Tree of Hope Campaign.
As we reflect on this past year, we invite you to purchase an Angel and customize it with an Inspirational message for a special loved one.
Angels are $5.00 and all money raised will be donated to the Sagamok Food Bank.
Purchase your Angel ornament at CWD until December 22nd during regular business hours of 9:00am to 4:30pm.
