Hello, 

My name is Raven, I graduated from Laurentian University in 2017 with a degree in Social Work. I am licensed and registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. During the years of my practice, I’ve utilized different modalities such as Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral therapy, and Solution Focused therapy. I have experience with facilitating, presenting, and providing workshops on the importance of Mental Health. I am enthusiastic about establishing holistic wellness plans, all while advocating for the children, youth, and their family’s mental wellbeing.
