Sagamok Chief & Council advises the membership that access cannot be granted to the Sagamok property on Greater Sudbury Municipal Road 4 (Fairbanks Lake Road in the region of Greater Sudbury) for the purpose of elk harvesting.
Sagamok Chief and Council further advises the membership that we should not be harvesting elk in the North Shore region due to low population numbers and the potential negative impacts on long-term population viability of this herd.
