Given the ongoing telephone issues with CWD and Administration sites‍

we request that if you have any same day requests for Medical Transportation we will try to accommodate the best we can until the phone services are fully restored.

Alternative Rides may be required and transportation slips will be provided.

If unable to collect transportation slips prior to departure, please request a confirmation of attendance letter from the Medical Destination for reimbursement
