One lot (Lot #MC0079 that expires in August 2025) has been tested higher than acceptable amount of acetaminophen. This could lead to children receiving too much acetaminophen!

Signs of Acetaminophen Overdose includes:

• Nausea
• Vomiting
• Lethargy
• Sweating
• Loss of appetite
• Pain in the upper part of the abdomen / stomach

If your child is showing signs or symptoms of acetaminophen overdose please do the following:

• Call 9-1-1 or visit your emergency department immediately
• Return the product for proper disposal.
