ZEI Acquires Controlling Interest in Legend Mining

ZEI, an Indigenous owned and operated corporation has acquired the controlling interest in Legend Mining, a Mining Services company providing a wide range of underground construction and rehabilitation services.

The agreement was concluded on September 4th, 2024 in Sudbury, Ontario. The move to acquire Legend Mining first started in the fall of 2023 as a result of a detailed Feasibility Study conducted by ZEI as the company looked to expand its current mining services to underground operations.
