Catering Tender - Missing and Murdered Women, Girls and LGBTQ Meal

NOTICE OF CATERING TENDER

Scope of Catering Services:

The Sagamok Child and Family Department is seeking individuals to provide catering services for approximately 75 people for Sunday May 5^th, 2024 @10am and 12 noon.

Morning Snacks and refreshments: fruit/yogurt/muffins, coffee, tea, water, juice

Meal: soup(corn soup) and sandwiches, dessert

Beverages: coffee, tea, juice, water

Tender Requirements and Submission:

1. Must quote aper person rate

2. Must provide required cutlery, napkins, plates, bowls, cups – NO STYROFOAM PRODUCTS

3. Must have current and valid Safe Food Handlers Certificate and must be submitted with Bid.

DEADLINE for Submission:  Tuesday May 1, 2024

Bids will be reviewed shortly thereafter, and the successful recipient will be notified by telephone.
