Anticipated Number of Guests 75

Moose and Deer Roast with gravy

Wild rice

Mashed potatoes

Corn soup

Mixed vegetables

Baked Bannock

Fruit trays

Beverages: Juice, Water, Tea and Coffee, cream and sugar

Desserts: Pies i.e., strawberry, rhubarb, lemon meringue

Tender Requirements and Submission

1. Must quote a per person rate.

2. Must provide required cutlery, napkins, plates, cups. NO STYROFOAM PRODUCTS.

3. Must have current and valid Safe Food Handlers Certificate and submit with bid.
