Tender Requirements and Submission
1. Must have food covered with wrap or lids, kept hot or cold according to food specified.
2. Must provide required cutlery, plates, napkins, take-out trays, cups -NO STYROFOAM PRODUCTS
3. Must have current and valid Safe Food Handlers Certificate and must be submitted with Bid
4. No Substitutes for food indicated.
5. Must provide servers to hand out the food.
