Notice for Catering Tender

Scope of Catering Service

Catering services are required for the New Years Eve Pow Wow that is scheduled on Sunday, December 31st, 2023. The anticipated number of guests is 250.

Menu
Chili and scone
Beef stew and scone
Macaroni/hamburger soup
Scone dogs
Fruit & dip platters
Veggie & dip platters
Cheese/cracker/peperoni platter
Pickle tray
Variety of sandwiches

Beverages
Punch (ginger ale, cranberry juice and ice)
Water
Soft drinks, regular and diet
Coffee, Tea, cream, and sugar
Juice

Desserts‍

Jello cups, cakes and cupcakes

Tender Requirements and Submission
1.    Must provide cutlery, plates, cups, napkins for this event. No Styrofoam products.
2.    Must have current and valid Safe Food Handlers certificate and must be submitted with bid.
3.    Caterer must attend during the dinner and serve food.

Please submit bids to the Front Receptionist at the Sagamok Naandwedjige-Gamik Community Wellness Department.

Deadline for submission is Wednesday December 20, 2023 at noon.

Bids will be reviewed shortly thereafter and the successful recipient to be notified by telephone.
