Community ID and Support Services Clinic

On Thursday, June 11, 2026, Sagamok will be hosting a Community ID and Services Clinic at the Multi-Educational Centre from 10:00am until 3:00pm.

Services available on-site are:
1. Sagamok Membership
2. Niigaaniin Services Ontario
3. Services Canada
4. Canada Revenue Agency
5. FN Child and Family Settlement Application Claim Helpers
6. Tax Return Services

Please note:
1. ID application fees are covered by the Sagamok Family and Community Support Services Department.
2. Lunch and Nutrition Snacks / Refreshments will be provided.
