Community ID and Support Services Clinic

On Thursday, June 11, 2026, Sagamok will be hosting a Community ID and Services Clinic at the Multi-Educational Centre from 10:00am until 3:00pm.

Services available on-site are:
1.       Sagamok Membership and Estates Department
2.       Niigaaniin Service Ontario
3.       Service Canada
4.       Canada Revenue Agency
5.       Chiefs of Ontario NIHB – Non-Insured Health Benefits
6.       Free ID for Sagamok registered members
7.       Free Income Tax Services from Sudbury Community Service Centre
8.       First Nation Claim Helpers for Child and Family Support Services Claim Applications
9.       University of Windsor Faculty of Law – Class Action Clinic – For Indian Boarding Home and Indian Hospital Class Action Claim Applications

Please note:
1. ID application fees are covered by the Sagamok Family and Community Support Services Department.
2. Lunch and Nutrition Snacks / Refreshments will be provided.
