First Nation Child and Family Services and Jordan’s Principle Settlement And Claims Process Information Session:
On March 10, 2025, the First Nation Child and Family Services and Jordan’s Principle Settlement began accepting Claims for Removed Children and their Eligible Caregiving Parents and Caregiving Grandparents.
While Compensation is not yet available, taking steps now will help you get ready for when its time to submit your claim.
The Sagamok Child and Family Advocacy will be providing an Information Session on:
