There has been an increase in number of reported dog bites, resulting from an increase of dogs at large. Effective immediately, if a dog bite occurs the dog and owner will be required to follow guidelines to ensure community safety.

These guidelines will include additional measures to ensure the dog remains under control of the owner at all times and is not at large.

Due to increase in the number of dogs running at large and dog bite incidents, it is important that children be under supervision while outdoors.
