What does the Program cover?
If you qualify, the program will cover:
- Installing a cold climate heat pump
- Removing and safely disposing of your oil tank
- Upgrading your electrical system (if needed for the heat pump)
- In-home visits: initial REA assessment and pre-inspection visit by HVAC contractor
- Insulation upgrades (if your home qualifies)
