Lumber Distribution

Under our Resources Stewardship Agreement with Interfor, the Sagamok Claims & Negotiations Unit has lumber to give away to community members at no charge (per household only).

If you are interested, you MUST sign up with Claims and Negotiations @ 705-865-2421 X 551 or email toulouse_nikki@sagamok.ca.

‍

Lumber can be picked up at the MEC starting October 15. You must bring your own trailer and be prepared to load the lumber yourself.

‍

When signing up, let us know how much lumber you would like. We have 10,206 pieces of 2x6x16 and 4,410 pieces of 2x4x16 total, coming in multiple shipments with the first being Oct 15. (Additional dates and times for distribution will be posted here at a later date.) We cannot guarantee that you will receive the quantity that you request; we want to ensure everyone that requests lumber will receive an equitable amount.

PLEASE SIGN UP ASAP!
