Sagamok's Community Wellness Department is hosting a Community Art Contest to recognize National Addictions Awareness Week.
Theme: Forging Connections
Paint, draw, sketch, photograph, or utilize other artistic mediums to show what this year's theme means to you!
Categories: 0-12, 13-25, 26-50, 50+
Community voting will run from November 19th to 25th (more information to follow). Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 highest voted pieces in each category!
The winners' artwork will be displayed throughout the Community Wellness Department's buildings, including Aftercare, Interim-Supportive Housing, Saswin, and CWD. It will also be featured at the NAAW Recognition Dinner on November 28th. Winners will be announced on the 28th and will be invited to receive their prizes at the NAAW Recognition Dinner.
All artwork must be submitted by November 18th at 4:00pm. Please ensure you include your name, age, and a form of contact information with your submission!
Physical artwork may be dropped off at CWD Reception.
