What is the RHS?
The First Nations Regional Health Survey (RHS) is the first - and only -National Health Survey created conducted and carried out by First Nations People for First Nations People.
RHS is a Canada-wide survey for First Nations who live in community.
The survey is funded by First Nation Information Governance Centre (FNIGC) and is implemented by the Chiefs of Ontario.
Who Is being asked to do this survey?
140 Sagamok Anishnawbek members residing in the community are being sought out to do the survey. Data collected from relatively few surveys can provide an overall picture of what is happening in the province, aggregated with other participating First Nation communities. Your name is never identified nor your responses.
How long is the survey?
The RHS Survey can take between 30-45 minutes. The Survey can be completed in person or online on your own time!
Will I be compensated for my time?
Yes! If you agree to complete the survey, you will receive a $50 gift card $50from a wide selection of your choosing.
