Secondary Funding Forms - Deadline, August 15, 2026

Secondary Funding Forms - are due by deadline of August 15, 2026.  Please come in and complete the forms, the week of Monday August 10-14,2026, during the day at LifeLong Learning Centre.  There will also be 2 evening sessions, on August 12 & 13, 2026 until 7:00 p.m.

Parents/Guardians/ Caregivers must sign the documents.

1. Secondary Application for Educational Assistance
2. Responsibilties of Student Contract
3. Consent to Share Your Child's Education - new updated consent form, must be completed, for the duration  your child is enrolled identified school on the form. (Gr. 9 - Gr. 12)
