The Family & Community Support Services Department is providing students with a one-time $200 Sport Chek gift card to assist with purchasing essential winter wear.
Parents and guardians are required to be present with identification on the following dates in order to pick up their child's gift card:
- SAULT STE. MARIE: December 15, 3:00PM - 8:00PM
Delta Hotel, Sault Ste. Marie - SUDBURY: December 16, 1:00PM - 6:00PM
Radisson Hotel, Sudbury - SAGAMOK: December 16, 9:00AM - 6:00PM
Lifelong Learning Centre
Please note:
- This support is for Sagamok Anishnawbek children ages 18 and younger, who are students.
- These are the only dates of distribution.
- Cards will be given to the current primary caregiver.
- One card per child.

The deadline to contact is December 16 at 6:00PM. Mailout date is December 17.
