SUMMER TRANSITION PROGRAM

For students starting school in September 2025, who were born in 2021.

Program Description

The Transition Program is a short three week program that can have a positive impact on school readiness for children entering Early Learning. There are skills that are critical to success in kindergarten (such as early literacy and numeracy concepts, self regulation, building routines and social skills). Children who attend the Transition Program will increase those skills. All activities are fun, play-based and interactive.

When: Tuesday, July 22nd to August 4, 2025 - three days a week

Who: children born in 2021
