I.T.

Sagamok’s IT mandate is to promote, enable, and support the use of information technology to meet the Sagamok organization’s administrative needs while ensuring the efficient, effective, and safe delivery of services to the Community. Our team ensures adequate security protocols are in place, all data is redundantly backed up, and mandates MFA on all devices to verify identity.

Communications

Sagamok’s Communications team manages a comprehensive communications system, guided by the foundation that open and honest communications are central to good governance and to keeping all Members of Sagamok connected. Our team supports all of Sagamok’s departments in sharing important information effectively and proactively using a variety of distribution channels and materials to reach all population demographics in Sagamok. Sagamok Communications’ objective is to ensure messaging and communications are conveyed in a professional, respectful, culturally sensitive, ethical, and traditional manner as appropriate for Sagamok Anishnawbek.
